Our Bookkeeper logs in to Online Accounting Software (eg quickbooksonline.com & Peachtree.com) and updates the books
You login to the online accounting software via internet whenever you need – 24x7 – and see the updated books

The Tax Preparer connects to your computer using a remote desktop access service like GoToMyPC.com or Secure VPN
You come to office the next morning and find the Tax Returns updated on your computer

You scan the documents & upload to our server OR fax them to our toll-free fax number @ 5 PM
Your Tax Preparer here user the in house Tax Prep Software (eg quickbooksonline.com) and does the returns
You download the updated tax return from our Secure Server and restore the updated Tax Return on your Computer

You send the data & upload to our data server @ 5 PM
Our technical person will upload your data in to our audit tool software and we will update the same in to your system
You come to office the next morning and find the irregularities!
