For routine accounting tasks, we prefer to work on a fixed price basis. However, we charge custom projects on a time and material basis
What is the hourly rate you charge?
For specialized projects, our hourly rates would be based on the skills involved. We guarantee significant cost-savings over your US costs.
How do you cancel our service?
You can cancel our services at any point of time by informing us provided all fees are paid. You will be liable only for the work performed.
Do you have a money-back guarantee policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will return the payment for that part of the work, no questions asked.
Logistics
What are the working hours of the offshore team?
Standard office hours are from 4:00 AM to 1:00 EST. Staff put in between 40 to 50 hours work per week. This gives you the best of both worlds – the advantage of overnight processing and the whole morning for review and interaction with MyAccountingSource staff. Our staff will work longer whenever needed to complete urgent projects.
Is your staff well-versed in English?
MyAccountingSource screens candidates for strong English-speaking skills. We assess written and verbal English capabilities through a language test taken before employment.
What is the offshore team's experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint?
We provide periodic in-house training to upgrade staff skills in Excel techniques. Employees possess extensive Word and PowerPoint skills.
How does the offshore center get access to the client information they need?
Our authorized staff members securely access required applications via web-based connections (for hosted applications), remote desktop or VPN. All client documents are received electronically; paper documents are scanned to the client's server and accessed there via the secure connection.
